Everyone's personal preference on whether they like to use the keyboard or mouse to accomplish task varies. For all you keyboard shortcut users, below are several links to remind you of shortcuts in the Microsoft software programs. Many overlap between programs, but there are some unique ones.
A new favorite one for Word, that I find useful, is CTRL + Y, which is to repeat or redo the last action. That can be very useful when doing repeated formatting with multiple things to do like bold, underline and change color.
