Love Library features Natural Science illustrations

Scientific Illustrations by the Great Plains Chapter of Guild of Natural Science Illustrators, Inc. (GNSI) will be on display on the second floor of Love Library South, 1248 R St., during the Fall 2016 semester.

This exhibit celebrates the Chapter’s 10th anniversary. Along with their artwork, members of GNSI–Great Plains will also exhibit tools, specimens, and educational information about scientific illustration and their chapter.

The Great Plains Chapter of Guild of Natural Science Illustrators, Inc. was founded in 2006. The organization is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with members from Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Members of the GNSI, Inc. Great Plains Chapter include professional scientific illustrators, educators, and anyone interested in scientific illustration. Through their art and educational programs, GNSI, Inc. Great Plains Chapter encourages conservation and preservation of our incredible midwest ecosystems.
