Architects outline 3 plans for Nebraska Union

The third Nebraska Union redesign concept as presented by Workshop Architects on April 15.Three redevelopment plans for the Nebraska Union were presented April 15 in the first of two campus open forums. The second forum is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today in the Nebraska Union. If UNL moves forward with the project, it joins six other Big Ten universities developing or finishing union projects. Cap and gown event is April 16-17

Graduates participating in May commencement exercises can pick up regalia from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 16 and 17 at the Wick Alumni Center. All graduates who participate in commencement must wear cap, gown and (if appropriate) an academic hood. Continue reading…

UNL named a 'Bicycle Friendly University'

A campus effort started two years ago has led UNL to be named a Bicycle Friendly University by the League of American Bicyclists. The honor, a silver award, was announced today. Only 58 universities in 30 states have earned a Bike Friendly University award. Continue reading…
