University employees must submit documents for the dependent eligibility audit by May 6.
If proper documentation is not sent to Chapman Kelly, the firm conducting the audit for the University of Nebraska, dependents will be dropped from medical insurance coverage.

When verification is completed, Chapman Kelly will send a postcard verifying that no further action is required. The website will provide the same information. Employees must have a reference number from Chapman Kelly to access the website.
