The Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services presents a week-long celebration of the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center’s 11th Anniversary. The Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center (JGMC) continues the tradition of past UNL Culture Centers, providing a home away from home for underrepresented students while welcoming all UNL students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests. The JGMC offers culturally relevant resources and activities supportive of all - there is something here for all no matter your age, identity(ies), or cultural background. JGMC week will run March 29 through April 2, and the week will highlight the importance of inclusive excellence through a variety of fun activities from the JGMC Open House to an ultra-tasty edition of Chef it Up!, there's something for everyone. The week will also include important discussion, including multiple Dish It Up conversations as well as a webinar with Emmanuel Acho, host of Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man.
