Farm Credit Services of America will be awarding eight scholarships of $2,500 to UNL students for the 20121-2022 academic year.
SELECTION CRITERIA
• College junior or senior in good academic standing for the academic year scholarship is received.
• Be enrolled in agriculture-related coursework at a land grant university.
o Includes College of Business AGRIBUSINESS students
• Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 preferred.
• Preference is given to residents of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, or Wyoming.
• One- to two-page essay on how you plan to use his/her major in the chosen career (which must be in an agribusiness-related field).
• Agricultural background or work-related experience in agriculture.
• Previous Farm Credit Services of America scholarship winners are not eligible.
