Learn about the Japanese concept of Ikigai from a panel of purpose-driven leaders.

Ikigai, a Japanese concept interpreted as “your reason for being,” is scientifically linked to longevity, creativity, productivity and happiness. The simple framework can lead toward better outcomes in school and at work.

Sam Ushio ('99), Founder of Ikigai Lab, will highlight key tenets of this 1,000-year concept, its connection to the state of Nebraska, and how leaders leverage purpose to fuel their journey at work, home and beyond.
