The College of Business Career Center is seeking energetic, student-focused undergraduate and graduate students to assist in coaching undergraduate business students in the Professional Enhancement Program for the 2024-2025 school year as a part of an innovative peer career coaching program. The peer career coach program is centered on training students how to effectively coach and mentor their peers throughout the career development process.

At the Business Career Center, we develop confident, professional, and connected business students for lifelong career success. We accomplish this by providing dynamic career coaching, curriculum, and programming to meet the demands of an ever-changing workforce.

Opportunity

• Become a resource for students regarding how to navigate and understand career decision-making, résumé development, and the internship/job search process
• Understand and reflect on your career development while building your communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
