Want an internship-level experience before you graduate? Enroll in Marketing 490: Union Pacific Applied Business Projects for Fall 2026 and collaborate directly with managers at Union Pacific (UP), a Fortune 150 company headquartered in Omaha.

In this hands-on, project-based course, you’ll work in small teams on three active business challenges that UP is currently researching. You’ll engage with UP professionals throughout the semester and receive direct feedback on your strategic recommendations — just like a consulting team.

Prerequisites: Marketing 341 and 3.0 GPA.

Enrollment limited to 25 students (application required).
The class meets only once a week on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 10:45 am.
