The Gilman International Scholarship program offers scholarships for U.S. citizen undergraduate students of limited financial means to pursue academic studies abroad. Students receive up to $5000 to apply toward study abroad program costs, including program fees, tuition, room and board, airfare, books and local transportation. Applicants must be receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application. There are two national deadlines, one for the spring/summer (October 2) and one for the summer/fall (March 6).
