There is still time for you to decide to invest part of your summer in an experience abroad. The College of Business has programs going all over the world where you can learn about different business cultures up close. What about going to China to see firsthand how culture intersects with business on a global scale in the city of Chengdu. Spend two months learning Chinese language and culture, while also earning credit in international economics (ECON 321) and international business (BSAD 491). Extended practicum experiences are also available for those wanting to fully immerse themselves.
Or what about taking hold of the opportunity to dive into the German business machine with an up close look at how business in done is the industrial powerhouse of southern Germany. This program combines language and culture learning with an in depth look at the German supply chain industry in Heilbronn. Extended internship placements are also available with this program for an additional eight-week experience.
