WHAT IS THIS COURSE? The Department of Marketing at the College of Business and Union Pacific are teaming up to offer this 3-credit-hour applied special business projects class held Wednesdays at 8:30-10:45 a.m. in Howard L. Hawks Hall 223 during the Fall 2019 semester. The class will work with companies on specific business projects they are analyzing. WHY SHOULD I APPLY? This is an opportunity to build your résumé, portfolio and experience working with large companies on real-life projects. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? The class is divided into teams who will work on innovative business projects and have the opportunity to present their findings to the company’s management, who will choose the best analysis and recommendations. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? This is a 3-credit-hour class open to undergraduate students of any major and graduate students. Enrollment is limited to 25. Acceptance is based on academic background, GPA, work experience and other pertinent information.
