The University Honors Program invites applications from any transfer student who currently has a 3.5 or higher cumulative college GPA. Honors is an academic credential students open to students in any undergraduate college at UNL. Students earn University Honors through high academic performance, completion of Honors coursework (which often overlaps with college/major requirements), and the option to complete an individual undergraduate senior project.
Honors students are part of a vibrant campus community with access to specialized and fun seminar courses; cultivated experiential learning opportunities like study abroad, internship, research, teaching/mentoring; and social and community activities.
