Invitation to join the Lambda chapter of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society have been sent out for Spring 2026. With support from CAST, Tau Sigma is in the process of revitalizing its UNL chapter, which will host events for all UNL transfer students.
To be invited to join Tau Sigma, students must have:
- Transferred in at least one year of credit
- Completed 12 credit hours at UNL
- Earned either a 3.5 GPA OR placement in the top 20% of incoming transfer students
The deadline to accept your invitation is Tuesday, March 31. The initiation ceremony for the Spring 2026 cohort will take place on April 7 from 5-6pm in the Ubuntu Room of the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center.
This is a one-time offer; acceptance and paying your dues make you a member for life.
