This event is hosted by UNL's Big Red Resilience and Wellbeing, where they provide fun events, innovative education, and dynamic services to help students understand emotions, manage stress, build strength, connect with others, develop grit and navigate transitions.

Our students will learn multiple mindfulness strategies, including meditation and yoga!
