How can I apply my strengths when exploring career paths or opportunities?
First, self-reflect: Your top CliftonStrengths reveal patterns that indicate the kind of environment that you need in order to do what you do best every day, shine in your role and love your job. Look for roles that will allow for you to leverage these patterns of behavior – whether that’s communicating, making connections, analyzing, etc. Second, in the job search – ask powerful questions that uncover the organizational culture. Listen carefully to how people describe their company’s mission, purpose, and values, so you’ll know if your strengths and values align. Third, evaluate fit: Now that you have leaned into what types of opportunities will help you do your best, evaluate each potential opportunity to assess if that culture will allow your talents to flourish.
