We are holding our free Future Leaders program in Fall 2023 and we’d love to get you involved in this program.
Understanding the financial services industry can be daunting. This program is designed to break it down for students considering a career in the industry. We hold at least 3 sessions throughout the calendar year in Winter (Early spring semester), Summer, and Fall. This is a fantastic opportunity to make connections with professionals across the country. Some participants have secured internships and post-college jobs from the connections made by attending Future Leaders.
Students are invited to join us for either our Summer or Fall session, for 45 minutes a week over 4 weeks. Students can participate live or on-demand as their schedule permits. Students attending all sessions will receive a digital certificate from NAIFA.

Finding Your Best Fit | October 11th
- Getting started with a career in the financial services industry can often be overwhelming. It means figuring out what you want to do and where you fit. Choose Your Own Adventure: Career Option in the Industry | October 18th
- Let 4 financial services professionals pitch you to follow in their footsteps by telling you what they do, how they got there & why they love it. Featuring Rick Demko, CLU, ChFC, RICP, LUTCF, LACP, Cheryl Canzanella, LUTCF, CLU, ChSNC, Derek Scheetz, and Mimie Yoon-Lee.
Tools for Success: Becoming the 1% | October 25th
- Hear from former NBA player and the top producer at OneAmerica, Chris Gandy, LACP on his best practices for getting started and staying ahead. In a competitive industry, learn tips and discover tools to differentiate yourself.
