Applications for Institute for Innovation and Leadership Now Open!
The Institute for Innovation and Leadership, formally known as the Institute for Inclusive Innovation has open its application for the 2025-2026 cohort.
Organized by the Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services, the Institute for Innovation and Leadership is a leadership cohort program designed to empower rising sophomores and juniors from diverse academic backgrounds and skillsets, fostering a richly varied pool of intellectual talent. Through the program, students will enrich their understanding of leadership, intercultural excellence, and innovation through workshops and seminars and then apply what they have learned through an innovation experience or specialized project tailored to their interests and career aspirations.
The program spans over one year, intentionally divided into a fall and spring semester.
Students should consider applying because the institute offers an opportunity to develop innovation skills, connect with professional networks to launch their career, and receive coaching and mentoring opportunities. The institute is a program where students can receive up to $1,200 for the immersive spring experience.
