BHHC/NICO Micro Shadow Day
When: Friday, February 27th, 2026, from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Where: 1212 N. 96th Street, Omaha, NE (our West office space, situated next to Central States Indemnity)
Who: All students from all majors are welcome
The goal of our MicroShadow Day is to inform students about the many opportunities that exist within the commercial insurance industry, as well as to highlight our companies, our culture, and our employment and internship opportunities.
Students will be divided into groups to hear from professionals in our Underwriting, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, or IT/Systems Departments. They will learn about the departments themselves, and how the work done there is integral to the overall success of the company.
Students will also learn about the valuable experiences they will gain through our internship opportunities, as well as what we look for in recent college graduates for our entry-level positions.
The day wouldn’t be complete without lunch and a tour of our West Omaha location!
