At Seim Johnson, we strive to maintain a family-like atmosphere. Although we are an office of 90+ people, everyone knows each other. We provide many opportunities for social gatherings and fun! We believe in top-notch professional growth, but also value work-life balance.

At Seim Johnson, you’re not just an accountant. We provide opportunities to work directly with businesses and their management team and be a business advisor. We also encourage staff to be involved in professional or community activities that will help them grow to be leaders.
|| What majors/interest areas does your company typically seek? ||
We employ accounting majors, but we seek out those who have a variety of well-rounded personal interests and backgrounds.
|| Do you currently have any open positions, if so what are they? ||
We do not have current openings, but we hire numerous interns each year through campus interviews each fall. Our internships include audit, tax, and healthcare consulting.
