UNL will begin using an update for the SAP GUI (Graphical User Interface) for Macintosh on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. SAP users need to validate and enable their Java applet browser plug-in as well as update to the latest version.

NOTE: If Java is needed for UNL sites (some components in Blackboard, Firefly, etc) then disable Java in all web browsers preferences menu, except for Chrome. By default, Chrome prompts user before running Java on a specific page. Use Chrome to run any necessary trusted Java pages. http://security.unl.edu/javaplugins
