Michael Hansen, ITS Voice Systems Administrator, was recently elected to the AVST Customer Advisory Council. AVST provides voicemail and unified messaging infrastructure for UNL's telephone system.
The advisory council will provide continual feedback to help steer and drive product development for the company. "It's an opportunity for clients like UNL to understand the product roadmap," says Hansen. "And UNL will benefit through direct support relationships by participating."
Hansen was one of four candidates elected from over 1200 international user group peers.
