Thirty-nine University of Nebraska colleagues from across the system recently graduated from the Information Technology Leadership Program, a nationally-recognized leadership institute facilitated by MOR Associates. The nine-month long program is designed to enhance the professional and personal development of individuals who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles within information technology.
Over one hundred employees from the University of Nebraska have completed ITLP since UNL joined the Committee on lnstitutional Cooperation (CIC) in 2011. Nebraska's participation expanded in 2014 to include cohorts focused within the Nebraska system in addition to the CIC.
