27 students earn degrees in December

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln conferred more than 1,300 degrees during commencement exercises Dec. 17 and 18. Among those were 27 students from the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture.

Pinnacle Bank Arena hosted a ceremony for students earning graduate and professional degrees Dec. 17 and one for those earning bachelor's degrees Dec. 18.

Shane Farritor, Lederer Professor of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Nebraska, delivered the undergraduate commencement address. Sarah Gervais, Susan J. Rosowski Professor of psychology at Nebraska, spoke to the graduate and professional degree earners.
