If you are interested in perusing a future in any form of life sciences or research, then come join us for our once-a-month basic lab techniques workshop.
Our next workshop is Workshop #3: Small Lab Machines. It will be on Thursday, April 13th at 5:30 pm-7:00 pm in Beadle E121.1
These workshops will help you learn more about the techniques researchers use every day in a lab setting such as: using and calibrating pipettes, working with 96-well plates and tissue-culture plates, using small lab machines (centrifuges, vortexes, plate readers, water baths, etc.), and learning how to make stock solutions of chemicals.
The workshop is FREE to all UNL students, and each month will cover a different topic.
