Nebraska I-Corps: Introduction to Customer Discovery runs this fall from Sept. 25-Nov. 13.

Could your idea eventually become a product or a service? Are you interested in bringing new perspectives to your research program? Do you want to consider starting a business? Join us for Nebraska I-Corps: Introduction to Customer Discovery (ICD), a free entrepreneurship program!

The content of this workshop series is based on the Lean Launchpad methodology: you'll learn about value proposition design, customer segmentation, and how to map your stakeholder ecosystem.

But the real magic happens when you get out of the building and take part in customer-discovery interviews — talking to stakeholders about their pains/problems, to find out if your innovation/idea is a fit for a solution.

Some of the other benefits of participating in this program include:
• Honing presentation skills and developing entrepreneurial mindsets
• Gaining an understanding of how industry works
• Increasing personal and professional networks, including time with mentors
• Practicing giving and receiving feedback

Program Dates:
• Monday, Sept. 25
• Monday, Oct. 9
• Monday, Oct. 23
• Monday, Nov. 13

Main sessions run from 4:00-6:30pm CT on Zoom each of the 4 dates.

Open to all UNL and UNK faculty, postdocs, staff, and students.
