The 212 private, semi-private, and public golf courses in Nebraska are now available on the All Things Nebraska website with a link to Golf Courses in Nebraska data.

Information used to map the golf courses was from the Nebraska Golf Association, Aaron LaDuke, and University of Nebraska–Lincoln's Anne Streich, professor of practice, and Amanda Folck, assistant extension educator. Reviews of the course mapping were confirmed by the Nebraska Golf Course Superintendents Association, the Nebraska Turfgrass Association, and the Professional Golf Management program at Nebraska.

Adding all the golf courses in Nebraska will help utilize other tools and resources on the All Things Nebraska site for turfgrass stakeholders managing golf courses in Nebraska. Various layers include drought maps with the U.S. drought monitor to the recent Plant Hardiness Zones from the USDA Agriculture Research Service.

If you have any other ideas to add to the map, reach out to Katelyn Larson at klarson41@unl.edu. Any golf courses that were missed on the mapping, email Amanda Folck at afolck3@unl.edu.
