AGEN 954 Watershed Modeling
Instructor: Dr. Aaron Mittelstet
Tuesday/Thursday 1:00-2:30 PM
The objectives of this course include:
 Understanding hydrological modeling and model uncertainty
 Physical processes of hydrological models
 Application of the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) to
simulate stream discharge and water-quality parameters
For the final class project, the students will create a SWAT model of a watershed of their choice and simulate discharge and at least one waterquality parameter of their choice.
