Are you looking for a way to boost your civil engineering career? Are you looking for a course to satisfy your CIVE498-1 credit degree requirement? If so, you should take CIVE491-Special Topics in Civil Engineering Infrastructure Sustainability (Section P01). Offered online in the Spring 2022 Pre-session (Jan. 3-14, 2022), this course will explore infrastructure sustainability using the Envision framework for evaluating infrastructure sustainability.
We offered this course for the first time last year and we are excited that based on positive student feedback that we are able to offer it again. Engineering firms value people with certification as an Envision Specialist (ENV SP). By the end of the course, you will have earned your certification as an Envision Specialist and gained credential valued by engineering firms. You will also learn from guest speakers about how Envision is being used here in Nebraska and around the world to help improve the sustainability of civil engineering projects.
