The Department of Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences (EEES) at Clemson University invites applications to fill a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Senior Lecturer with an anticipated start date of Fall 2026. The position will be appointed with a one-year contract, renewable annually. Primary duties include teaching up to three courses, or equivalent, per semester and actively contributing to the undergraduate teaching mission of the Environmental Engineering program.

Qualifications:
-The successful candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of teaching experience or an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of teaching experience.
-The candidate must have a passion for teaching and communication skills to motivate 30 to 40 students per class in a dynamic, interactive environment with an ability to engage students to effectively learn in both traditional and remote environments using virtual technology platforms.
-Preferred qualifications include industry experience in environmental consulting, remediation technologies, waste management, air quality management, or related fields, and a demonstrated record in engineering pedagogy.
