The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is recruiting for the Professional Development Program (PDP)!
The FHWA is looking for exceptional recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree to come work with us! The FHWA PDP is a 24-month entry-level program that provides on-the-job training, developmental assignments and a leadership skills academy while starting a professional career with the FHWA as a full-time employee.
A vacancy announcement will be opening shortly and positions are available in the areas of Engineering, Environment and Realty.
Applicants must:
• Have (or open) an account in USAJOBS.
• Have received an accredited degree*.
• Be a recent graduate: within the past two (2) years and six (6) years for Veterans.
• Be mobile.
• Have a resume and transcript ready.
• Submit an application in USAJOBS, when the announcement is posted and open by the closing date.
