Prof. Chyan-Deng Jan presented his research on Debris-Flow Disaster Mitigation in Taiwan at UNL Civil Engineering and NWC. Prof Jan directs the Ecological Soil & Water Conservation Research Center at the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.
