Winter weather parking rules apply to city streets

When Lincoln experiences snow and severe winter weather conditions, rules for parking on city streets take effect.
• The city can declare a snow emergency and ban parking on emergency snow routes, arterial streets and city bus routes.
• Parking restrictions can take effect for streets in snow removal districts.
• Additional rules can apply to residential streets.
