Hometown: Lincoln

Major: Psychology (Pre-health), Sociology & English Minors

Year in school: Sophomore

Random fact: I love traveling to different countries and I make it a priority to travel out of the country once a year, or at least once every two years. I went to Greece and Turkey this past summer.

Something I've learned as a WHT scholar: Building a community wherever you are (work, school, etc.) is very important. It not only helps when you are in need of help and there’s people that can offer their help, but it also gives you an opportunity to learn about people from all walks of life (cultures, religions, etc.)

Something I love most about being a WHT scholar: I love having a personal adviser outside of the many other academic advisers. I get lots of help and advice from my WHT adviser that I wouldn't want to do without. Also, the smaller classes are one of my favorite things!

Something I look forward to this year: I always keep an eye out for the events and forums that take place. Last year I attended some very inspirational forums and listened to great speakers talk.

Where I see myself in 10 years: In 10 years I hope to be a Physicians Assistant (PA). I hope to be experienced enough in my career to be able to travel to third world countries and offer free clinics during the summers. I also hope to be married!
