Random fact about yourself: I'm scared of heights but I plan on going skydiving this year :)

Something you have learned as a W.H. Thompson Scholar: As a scholar I have learned the importance of relationships. These relationships can be with a superior, a peer or coworker, a professor, a friend, or a family member. Relationships and the people on the other side of the relationship are what/who assist and motivate someone to be successful!

Something you love most about being a W.H. Thompson Scholar: What I love most about being a scholar in this program is getting to meet all of the awesome people within it. The professional staff is made up of such dedicated, hardworking, caring people. The scholars and my fellow mentors are a lot of fun and have such interesting personalities. There is never a dull moment!

Something you are looking forward to this year as a W.H. Thompson Scholar: There are many things to look forward to this year. The top ones include seeing and assisting the Social and Service Learning Committees in some awesome events as well as partaking in some serious sporting games through the Intramural Sports Committee. BUT most of all I am excited for the Ice Skating Social.
Where you see yourself in 10 years: In 10 years I hope to be working as a Physical Therapist in rural Nebraska near my family-- My ideal living is to move into the farmhouse my great grandpa built in Gothenburg, Nebraska. Of course I would love to be married and a mom of not only children but of a yellow lab named Presley and a chocolate lab named Turk!
