Something I've learned as a William H. Thompson program Scholar: Although I haven't been a William H. Thompson program Scholar for very long I've already learned that there are a ton of opportunities available to college students that help to further our education and prepare us for the future. These opportunities are all around us, we just have to look for them and seek them out!
Something you love most about being a member of the William H. Thompson Learning Community: I love all of the great people I am surrounded by in the William H. Thompson Learning Community. There are so many wonderful resources and an amazing support system available for William H. Thompson scholars. I have caring, interesting professors, a great mentor, and friends I will have for the rest of my life all because of the William H. Thompson Learning Community!
Something you are looking forward to this year as a William H. Thompson Scholar: I am excited to continue taking more William H. Thompson courses and getting involved with all that William H. Thompson has to offer. I want to continue meeting new people and taking advantage of the great gifts I've been given as a William H. Thompson scholar!
Where I see myself in 10 years: I really just want to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children! I hope to be working as a speech pathologist helping children communicate to the best of their abilities.
