Random fact about yourself: I am training for my first half marathon this spring!

Something you have learned as a William H. Thompson Scholar: As a William H. Thompson Scholar, I have learned about the importance of making connections with people and building friendships. I have met so many amazing people through the William H. Thompson community and I’ve been able to develop skills for working with people.

Something you love most about being a William H. Thompson Scholar: My favorite part about being a William H. Thompson scholar is the family environment. I have met some of my best friends through this community and everyone is incredibly approachable, supportive, and genuine.

Something you are looking forward to this year as a William H. Thompson Scholar: This year I am looking forward to spending more time with my mentees and fellow mentors. It’s always a good time with William H. Thompson staff.

What are your summer plans: This summer I plan on saving money to study abroad in Italy for a semester and hopefully I’ll be going to a lot of concerts!

Where you see yourself in 10 years: In ten years, I plan on living near the mountains in Northern California or Oregon and working in fashion. I will also continue to pursue art, specifically printmaking!
