Karen Wills has resigned from the UAAD Treasurer position due to health reasons. Per the UAAD Bylaws “the position shall be filled by an election at the next regular meeting”. During the General Meeting on September 20, we will be seeking nominations to fill the vacant board position. An electronic ballot will then be submitted to the membership for voting to commence Monday, Sept. 25 – closing Wednesday, Sept. 27. Please send nominations to Jeff Sherrill jeff.sherrill@unl.edu prior the General Meeting or provide names during the meeting. Self-Nominations are accepted and encouraged. Duties of the Treasurer may be found at uaad.unl.edu. Nominations will close at the General Meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
