TRIO IT Support is a small team responsible for approximately 100+ IT elements including desktops, laptops, palmtops, printers, scanners etc. The team is seeking an undergraduate student to support the Office of TRIO Programs' IT needs.
An ideal candidate must be comfortable working in Microsoft Windows environment. Programming knowledge is preferred.
Soft skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, strong desire to help others
Tech skills : Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues, familiarity with popular Microsoft Windows applications
Salary: $10.00 per hour
