Join us February 19-20 for the 18th Annual Women in Science Conference. The conference, sponsored by Nebraska EPSCoR and several UNL departments, will be held at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. This two-day event brings high school girls from across Nebraska and the region to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus to explore their interests in science careers. Women in Science is for students who want to interact with career and academic professional women in science, meet current female science students and other high school girls who are interested in science, and discover countless professions as diverse as biologists, geologists, engineers, food scientists, computer scientists, and those in the medical fields. Registration is now open online and closes Jan. 29, 2016, or when capacity is reached.
