The UNL Counseling Psychology Clinic is committed to providing affordable counseling services to the Lincoln Community. Our counselors combine education, research, and a sincere passion for their work to help you meet your goals and potential.

The UNL Counseling Psychology Clinic is a counselor and psychologist training center for masters and doctoral level students. Much like medical students and physicians in rotations and residency, our students are completing their counseling psychology training. The Clinic offers a professional setting with full-service expertise provided by UNL graduate students under the supervision of the Counseling Psychology faculty. All counseling is conducted in a strictly confidential manner and tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Services are provided on a sliding scale basis at $20 (no third-party payments accepted due to the low cost of services offered), and are free for UNL members. Currently a couples therapy research project is being conducted in relation to the clinic. If couples consent to participate in this ongoing research project, as a benefit of research participation, therapy services will be provided at no cost.
