The Student Money Management Center is offering free money management advising sessions with an accredited financial counselor or a trained peer money management mentor. Sessions are available now throughout the summer. Sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes. Schedule a session at http://www.unl.edu/smmc.
Sessions are catered to the needs of the participant. Common session topics include: Debt repayment, employee benefits, building credit, budgeting, investing, and savings. Students without specific questions are given tips for how to get on the path to financial success.
The Student Money Management Center is a joint program of ASUN Student Government; Child, Youth & Family Studies; and the Division of Student Affairs.
