Free fitness and strength workshops at Campus Rec

Strength 101 and Core Cut workshops are free for UNL students and both women and men are encouraged to attend.Campus Rec is offering fitness and strength training workshops on Jan. 17 & 18. The sessions are free for UNL students and Campus Rec members. Admission for others is $6. 'Strength 101' is the topic for Jan. 17 and 'Core Cuts' for Jan. 18.
