T.N.T Intensive Training begins Jan. 18 at Campus Rec Center

Go from fit to ripped with the T.N.T. Intensive Training Program at the UNL Campus Rec Center. The nine-week program includes 25 group workouts, 19 home workouts and and nutrition guide and tools. This fitness program will conclude right before Spring Break.

T.N.T. is an advanced training program packed with revolutionary workouts proven to transform your overall fitness level. This full body exercise program consists of the effective use of specialized four week cross-training blocks and an individualized specific nutrition plan. Led by a Campus Recreation team of certified group fitness instructors, certified personal trainers and a registered dietitian to keep you from getting bored or hitting a plateau. You will meet three days a week for an endless variety of training sessions, goal setting and infinite support.

Example Workout Schedule for the Week:
Monday: Extreme Legs (on your own)
Tuesday: Biceps and Back
Wednesday: Cardio (on your own)
Thursday: Plyometrics
Friday: Yoga
Saturday: Cardio (on your own)
Sunday: REST

This training program begins Jan. 18 and concludes on March 15. Group workouts will be 7 to 8 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and will meet at the Campus Rec Center. Additional workouts will be assigned for participants to complete on their own each week. Cost is $79 for UNL students and Campus Rec members.

FITNESS BOOT CAMP
For beginner and intermediate-level exercisers, UNL Campus Rec also offers a Fitness Boot Camp training program Boot Camp begins Jan. 31 and is five weeks long. Details available online and at the Campus Rec Center.
