Tips, tricks & other helpful hints: Multi-Day Calendar Views in Outlook

Have you ever wanted to look at multiple days on the calendar, especially non-consecutive ones? There are several ways to view the multiple days.

Standard Calendar Views

Within the Outlook calendar, there are several ways to view multiple days on the calendar. The standard views are found on the “Home” tab in the “Arrange” group with views of “Day,” “Work Week,” “Week,” “Month,” and “Schedule View.”

The “Go To” group also helps create views. By clicking the “Go To” dialog box launcher, a person can choose a date to view and the type of view with which it should be seen.
