On July 7 at 12:01 a.m., UNL Office 365 will upgrade to expand services provided through the system. While the upgrade should not cause downtime in email, it may require restarting email. Windows XP- and mobile-device users may need to update their settings.
In preparation for the upgrade, please know:
• Those computers that are managed by Information Services will not need any additional preparation; they are ready for the upgrade.
• Those computers that are managed by a departmental IT staff may need updates. Please confirm with your IT specialists that your system is up-to-date.
• If you manage your own computer, you may need additional updates to streamline the transition process. Contact your department IT support or the Computer Help Center at (402) 472-3970 or toll-free (866) 472-3970 or submit a request via mysupport@unl.edu to confirm that your system is ready for the upgrade.
