After 31 years with UNL — 18 of which were with the Natural Resources Business Center — accounting associate Lois Erickson is retiring. A reception will take place from 2-4 p.m., Sept. 1 in the Hardin Hall second floor lobby, with a presentation beginning at 2:30 p.m. All are invited to attend.
In her role as accounting associate, Erickson provided account management for various grants, revolving accounts and service centers. She also processed expense transfers, intramural charge tickets and accounts receivable.
She was responsible for Personnel Activity Reports and cost share documentation associated with relevant grant accounts. Additionally, she provided financial guidance for the Nebraska LEAD Program, the National Drought Mitigation Center and the High Plains Regional Climate Center.
