Continuing refinement to UNL's online communications will bring a minor change to the way students, faculty and staff access UNL Today from computers on campus.
In the past, the UNL Today website was automatically substituted in place of the university homepage for any computer connected to the UNL campus network. This fall, UNL's main homepage will become the default page accessed through http://www.unl.edu. UNL Today will be accessible at http://unltoday.unl.edu.
The change is being made to better serve all UNL audiences with content on the university's homepage. The switch will also strengthen UNL Today's status as the official news and record of the university.
Students, faculty and staff who would like to keep seeing UNL Today as their UNL homepage, can do so by visiting http://www.unl.edu/sharedcode/unltodayset.html. Or, to subscribe to the UNL Today newsletter, which is distributed directly to email addresses three times each week, visit http://news.unl.edu/newsrooms/1/subscribe/.
