Applicants will submit a proposal that outlines how they would take action to make these changes possible. There will be two winners: one selected by the committee made up of staff, faculty and students and one by community vote.

Each of the winning proposals will receive a $1,000 grant to help accomplish their goal.

Applications will be due Oct. 16, and community voting will go from Oct. 19-30. The winner will be announced during the Franco's List Ceremony at 7 p.m. Nov. 10 in the Nebraska Union auditorium.
