SNR to co-host fish & wildlife conference; registration open

The School of Natural Resources will be co-sponsoring the 77th Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference on Feb. 5 to 8 at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Registration now is open for the annual event that attracts more than 800 biologists and students from state, federal and tribal natural resources agencies from the Midwest, Great Plains, Rocky Mountains and Canadian provinces.

Those who register by Dec. 15 will get significant discounts on full-conference, one-day and student registration rates. Registration includes access to meals and social events.

The conference offers more than 400 technical presentations, poster displays, plenary sessions, networking opportunities and social events. Workshops range from fish and wildlife education to professional advice to how to integrate climate information into management decisions. A complete schedule is available here.
